This was perhaps one of the worst sales experiences that I've ever endured. As a salesperson myself, I am truly appalled by the attitude and demeanor of the salesperson who we spoke with. I went with a friend to trade in a car, and the salesperson continuously mocked the brand of car that she was trading in as if to say, that because of what she was driving she couldn't afford nor deserve an Infiniti product. He refused to deliver the car that day causing major inconvenience and insisted that it was not possible to have the car cleaned up in 45 minutes. As a Nissan and Infiniti driver, Circle will never have my business, my blessing, nor my recommendation.
Went in to have a headlight fixed left without having problem resolved and having to pay 150 for Incorrect diagnosis then They wanted me to pay 1300 For a bulb and ballast which I could buy for maybe 150!! And the bulb and ballast had already Been replaced a few months before - so much for a diagnosis!! They didn’t listen I would have thought they Would have known their car better than my local mechanic. Then the finale when I expressed my frustration with the extra 150 dollars Anne was sent out to speak really loudly and rudely with no tact just ended the whole experience on an even more sour note. Will never come here again !!
