Not highly impressed with them since they went under new ownership. I worked with Southern Ohio equipment and National trailer supply and had great experience with both. With buckeye trailer world they would not hold a trailer for more then 24 hours. I asked for the nicest of the few trailers in stock of the size I wanted, instead I feel like I got a scratch and dent trailer for full price. I didn’t look it over well enough while I was there. Got home realized the whole thing was scratched up, opened the gate and when I went to close it, it would not close due to being miss aligned, I had to do cutting and sanding on it to make it close. Very disappointed all around with the service. Love the brand of trailer but would not buy from them again.

I called because website was not user-friendly to me anyways. I tried on several occasions but couldn't find what products that were on the lot nor what Tommy mentioned. So he refers me back to the website. Seems they may be operating under 3 possible name's? I had cash but he wasn't willing to look up the products for me nor send pics. They also quoted. Off all price like 5,099.00. Thought that's weird what's that for additional fee for you to sign Into my name..I think I'll try the referal for Frankfort ...guy didn't seem to want to sell. Trailer.. thanks anyways..

I highly recommend contacting Bruce at Buckeye Trailer World. He/They actually answer the phone and do what they say they are going to do. I live in Indianapolis. My local trailer dealers didn't seem to want to sell any trailers. Get this: I couldn't get one of the dealers to return two phone calls and an email. I even stood inside the dealer's main office waiting for 20 minutes for a particular salesperson, who had been told I was there, to get off the phone; I finally walked. Completely unbelievable. After two weeks of the worst customer service I have ever experienced by local Indianapolis trailer dealers, I called Buckeye Trailer World. Bruce hooked me up and said he would hold the trailer I wanted. I drove almost 3.5 hours (one way) and, believe it or not, Bruce was there and the trailer was there. Bruce knows his trailers and, more importantly, does what he says he's going to do. I realize that no business is perfect, but Buckeye Trailer World gets 5 stars from me.
