I recommend this place to anyone who wants an honest, effective and a excellent price for the service. I am not very good at buying computers; the tech was straight honest, told me what I didn't need to have fixed instead of her just charging extra for something that it wasn't appropiate with the laptops I have ( 3 !). I would definitely will continue going to her and I am even contemplating the idea of buying one from CIre 3 in the near future.

In May 2020, I came back to this essential business during the time of Covid-19. My power jack became lose when my cat rubbed her face on the power cord connection. The crew was ready to repair a different computer. It was repaired as promised. In March 2020, I had an excellent experience with Cire3 PC. I trust them with the private data during the repair process for my laptop. I was lucky to remember my password from when I first installed windows 10, because without it BitLocker locks the data (I had changed that password to a new one). My repair was finished on time. I would go with them again.

Do not recommend. Insists that my laptop needs an upgrade to run properly. After paying for the upgrade they still cannot fix it. Wants me to bring it back in so thay can try again. How may times do I need to bring it back.
