PROGRAMS & PROJECTS Legislative Study Committee: Research and evaluate pending legislation, propose conservative model legislation and lobby for and against bills throughout the legislative session. Taxpayer Protection Pledge: Citizen Outreach serves as the Nevada “agent” for promoting the Taxpayer Protection Pledge, a commitment by candidates to oppose any and all efforts to increase taxes. Ratings: Citizen Outreach issues a rating of individual legislators based primarily on their voting record on bills of a conservative, limited-government nature.
