They made a mistake transferring water into my name when I just needed gas. Said they would fix it and don't worry about the bill and late fees until it was fixed. Well, there were late fees, which when I called they told me they could not waive and I'd be forever recorded as having made a late payment due to their mistake and following the instructions they gave me.

I am no longer my previous apartment and before I moved out, I called them to close my ac and open the new ac . But they still billing me for my previous apartment every months. I had to pay for both and I can’t. Every time when I call they said that was my final bill. But the bill keep coming. Now they are look like such a cheater.
I requested services to be disconnected in my name in July. It is now December and I’m no longer at the previous location and they won’t disconnect the services in my name. Tbh if this isn’t resolved by January I’m taking this to court. Already called about this multiple times w my own recordings and proof from the current resident that I no longer reside there.
Missed a few payments. Bill got excessive. Thought I was good to fix it when I got to it because of Covid. That was my fault. However, they came on a Friday night around 6p to shut off both my gas and water. With no way to take care of the issue until Monday. They were open Saturday, but I needed that time to figure out how to get the money. Call them Monday at 9a. They say they can’t come out until Tuesday between 8a and 8p. This company is terrible, but they can do whatever they want because who else are you going to go to for gas and water? I’ve been 4 days with no hear or water. No way to shower or use the bathroom. I made a mistake by not paying, but I was immediate in trying to fix it. Citizens could care less if we died. Go to hell Citizens.
I been in same location 10 years never in my life have I ever had just 1 m...bill of 502.. I haven't been late or anything at all been on unemployment since march.. and still stay payed in full they claim I needed new Metter in September.. so we did and since then all it does is go up up up there 300 dollars different since last month they said I must have leak somewhere well there wrong and there no leak i will call back every day tell they get this undercontrol and need to asap
