Very poor customer service. I am an electrical contractor and they lost my business. Zero interest in helping their customers.

Never give me the right parts. When I complain about the service, they do not take responsibility. They Blame the customer for everything. I have heard them talking bad about a customer as soon as they leave the building. Not transparent with their pricing. Once they charged me 1999 for a part that cost 1.99.

I certainly recommend calling on Steve and his team for all of your electrical supply needs. They have gone above and beyond to help me and that is hard to find. Seem to have everything you need, old odd breakers that I couldn't find anywhere else. Prices are good but if you want a big hug and a kiss from the staff go to Disney world. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful if not overly friendly
