Unethical dealership I went here for a car and specifically told them I was approved with MY bank. Made it clear as day I was going with my bank. They said they were gonna run my credit, I asked why if I’m going with my bank, he said “cause you’re leaving the lot before paying” I questioned it more and the salesman laughed it off. I talked to the finance manager and asked questions specifically about MY bank and she answered them. And today I called my bank and they told me they didn’t get anything from the dealership so they must’ve used their own bank. I also told them I’m paying my down payment to my bank and he said they give the bank the down payment. Avoid this place
I made an inquiry online on a holiday and expected to get a response the next day. But Fernando Godinez responded to me within 5 minutes. Fernando reserved the Large SUV that was interested in and brought it to the front lot before I got there. The SUV contained all the accessories that I was looking for and it was in showroom condition. Fernando took his time to show me the complicated rear hatch mid gate release as I have never seen a mid gate on a large SUV. Fernando allowed me to test drive on local and freeway as well. The test drive is very important to me - it allows me to feel the car and how it handles. They were extremely busy on a holiday and I was waiting for the sales manager to appraise my BMW trade in. I asked Fernando to hold my SUV while I head back to work so that they can work out the trade in and financing. Later in the day, Michelle called me that my trade in was accepted and my financing with Alfa Romeo was approved and completed. She informed me that Fernando held the key to my brand new SUV when another customer wanted to test drive the vehicle. That customer was upset but Fernando held firm. Fernando is so professional that I hurried back to the dealership from work. The financing was no nonsense and they didn't try to fluff up the purchase with maintenance plan or any other junks like under coating. I was surprised that it was a straight financing deal with no surprise. Fernando offered to deliver my SUV to my home in another County that same night. Wow, we are talking like 9pm at night here. Anyway, I am super pleased with my beautiful large SUV and the clean financing and trade in process. Hats off to Fernando and Michelle. I will be back for another vehicle soon!
Wow - This is how buying an Alfa Romeo should be. Jesus M. went above and beyond to help me and my family out. Honestly, we were all set to buy at another store, but Jesus's follow-up and willingness to "go-to-bat" for me made so easy to purchase from Puente Hills. While we were there, the General Manager checked in to make sure we were being taken care of, the sales manager was beyond flexible on my offers. It was VERY easy to get a vehicle I loved. Other Alfa Romeo (and Maserati) stores could learn from this store! I'll be recommending Alfa Romeo Puente Hills to my friends and family!

This is a great Alfa Romeo dealership! I was looking a new Alfa Romeo Giulia in the Los Angeles area and found the Alfa Romeo Of Puente Hills. Mahdi, the General Sales Manager was completely transparent with the pricing and even got me a better payment than what I was expecting. Great dealer.
