My husband is a police officer and he loves dealing with KWA! I called them for an exchange one of their trial guns and the person that helped me was super nice and helpful. The law enforcement selection for their airsoft training guns are really diverse and their customer service is on point. I highly recommend this company.

KWA definitely offers the best quality airsoft guns known to mankind! My kid had an issue with his new Ronin rifle but KWA was quick to assess the problem and helped us with the fix! I cannot recommend them enough
Good international service, always can count for spare parts. They send pieces to Spain and arrive pretty fast. I owned every KWA smg and all have been working perfectly, in my opinion MP9 is the best.
Great experience with KWA. Got my gun fixed through there warranty and it was so simple and quick. Start to finish was 8 days.
I ordered a gearbox shell from somebody on ebay and i got no screws, so i called KWA to get some. the 2 people i talked to on the phone were very nice and helped to guide me through what i needed to do.
3 stars, because last Saturday I bought a Beretta M9 replica that works great and a 1911 replica that jams at least once every game. Spotty quality, considering I purchased their top-of-the-line blowback pistol. I expected great performance and I'm regretting the purchase. Is there something I need to learn about this pistol to make it reliable? (Maybe, as a 1911 replica, the inherent unreliability of the real 1911 was part of the reproduction, haha. ) Would like to trade it for their Glock replica or another M9.
Best customer service hands down. I will never buy anything but KWA. Need a part? I can drive down to KWA at lunch and pick it up.
They won't let you speak to tech support. It's a Taiwan manufacturing with a below standard USA customer service. I wanted to try KWA airsoft but the customer service is junk.
