Manny & Michelle's professionalism & personal touch were unprecedented: - I received unsolicited help in lowering my overall cost - They spent many hours improving my contract and locating and securing a last-minute auto shipping company due to a sudden scheduling change/cancelation - They had great recommendations for multiple business stops and personal shopping endeavors - I flew in from Minnesota and they spent the entire day helping & modifying the purchase & delivery, & also dedicated time with personal touches while my transactions were undergoing sudden, but necessary changes - Even the general manager helped with the best shipping company deal after I had to cancel the previous one Great experience!!

I really wanted to love our experience. The customer service when my son bought a used car here was great BUT in 3 months and barely over 1k miles driven on this 4yr old car, it broke down and it needs a new engine! Why would this dealership sell a used car that was not in good condition? I contacted them and of course there is nothing they can do. The cars warranty is non transferable to a new owner. Now we have an 8k repair job. Not happy at all.

Disappointed. Took my car here to get some things looked at. They told me I could get a loaner while they serviced my car, I waited over 1 hour just to be told I could not get a loaner due to all cars being booked now I have to wait here and waste another hour trying to find someone to pick me up. If they would have told me from the start they couldn't give me a loaner I would have arranged a ride home or something. This is honestly disappointing. Edit: forgot to mention service staff is friendly others... not so much. It's a good place but they lack the ability to inform customers.

Just picked up my car from them yesterday. Here's how my experience went. A week ago I filled out a form at a 3rd party site (CarGurus) about a car listing they had. This is was on a Sunday at 2 PM. Didn't expect to hear back for another day as they are closed on Sunday. I got a call 3 minutes later from Antoine (Sales & Leasing Rep) asking me if I'd like to come in on Monday morning to check it out. We scheduled the call right there and then and I drove over the next day. Antoine was fantastic and took great care of me. He patiently waited while I figured out financing with my credit union while I was at the dealership. He and Carlos (finance manager) helped me with everything, every step of the way. Zero hassle, zero pressure, zero \surprises\. It took a few days for my credit union to get the check to the dealership, but in that time they kept me appraised and updated every step of the way. Just true professionals, doing professional work.
