I have been looking for a new vehicle for a couple of months and I decided to call the Nissan Dealers at Puente Hills. I spoke to a sales representative named Alma Gutierrez and she told me that there are sales going on and they could work with me. She told me to come to the Dealers so they can help me out. I decided to go to the Dealers and I met with Alma which she presented great Customer service. I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Alma Gutierrez took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I told her that I was interested in a Nissan Altima and she showed me the inventory. I was able to test drive the car which drove wonderfully. Alma was upfront and helped us compare our best and lowest price with minimal negotiation.I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. She even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly. The visit to this Dealers exceeded my expectations thanks to Alma.I would recommend Alma Gutierrez to anybody who is looking for a car or if you're in college!
It was amazing. All the employees that was involved helping my purchase was great. Kurt was cool to start off the process. Jenny was helpful for showing the cars I needed. Edwin was very generous to get what I wanted in a car. Also, Milton was a great help to find the best deal in financing.
Very happy with my repair on my 07 xterra. I got my engine fixed and just some regular maintenance. Mayra is always super helpful- speaks Spanish also...thanks again!!
