They drilled my 20 * 9 wheels. with SIXTEEN freaking holes!! So that'll hold my F350 loaded?? I DOUBT IT!!! I may get a refund on these. Absolutely unacceptable!! The aluminum in the center is all gone!!! What holds the weight??

Ordered some rims for my brothers birthday, I was told they would take 2 weeks to be “drilled” whatever that means. It has been over a month. None of my calls returned and customer service seems to be non-existent. I will never order from them again. Update: Received the rims and all FOUR were SCRATCHED and DINGED. Total waste of my money and time. No idea what they did “drilling” but all the rims are basically ruined. My brother is a car enthusiast and when he saw the rims he said this has got to be a joke.

Literally THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ordered a set of wheels from them for my truck and they said they are on back order but have some blanks they can drill and send me, awesome right? NOPE they sent me the blank wheels instead (no lug holes). The first time I contacted them they were super cool about it and acted like they genuinely wanted to fix what they did wrong then after that they literally have not said a word to me. 30 emails and countless voicemails and 2 weeks later I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. I spent A LOT of money on these and have been battling with these guys for almost a month. I will never buy anything from this brand again. I have to send my wheels to a different company to get drilled and deal with a big paint chip on one wheel that they sent me. If you buy anything from RBP, don't expect any customer service.

Worst mud terrain tires I've ever seen. ZERO traction in mud or rain. None. I got stuck in a yard that was DOWNHILL backing up and STILL got stuck easily. Tires did absolutely nothing. Stick with Toyo or BfG or ANYONE else. Not worth it.
