One of the friendliest places we have delivered to in a while. Manager, Nathan, said hi and told me thank you because he was waiting for our load, and we were a day early. Those few kind words and the friendly staff makes a huge difference.

The company I work for needed our forklift serviced, we called customer service to schedule a technician to come by and check our forklift. They said they did not have anyone available to try again tomorrow. I had to call once a day to ask if they had anyone available and every time was told they STILL did not have anyone available. After I told their rep that we were no longer going to be using their services they said someone was available. total BS. We are never using Yale again.

Haven't been out to the facility yet, so this based solely on a phone conversation with the parts dept. I have ancient e-carts that need refurbishing. He strongly recommended that I find the serial numbers on the carts as that would ensure that the parts are in stock. Other useful info as well. Very professional, quick, knowledgeable. Hoping for a similar experience on-site.
