We truly regret moving into this city! Sub-contractors would just come and shut your water off if they're working on your meter without any prior notices! The engineering department have the most rudest operators that will transfer you to someone else while you're speaking. Never ask to speak to a supervisor because they never answer! Worst city I've ever lived in and wouldn't recommend anyone to move here. This city is overvalued and unorganized!
