Found this place on the Vice Munchies Pizza Show and it was absolutely worth it. They followed all COVID guidelines and the food was absolutely amazing. Our server was attentive and overall, it was priced really well too. Highly recommend!

Some good bar pie! I was expecting it to be a little bit more well done than it was. Major flop was going on. But we also drive home 20 min before eating it so that probably contributed to the flop. But high quality pie. Definitely lived up to the hype. Guy who helped us out when we got there was nice too.
The pizza was great... Its been some time since I had good pizza. The crust was nice and thin but not soggy as some pie come out of the oven... Best part are the drinks!
Love the pizza I got from there on super bowl Sunday. It was definitely my first time trying your pizza and it was so good and addicting I had to force myself to stop eating it before I ate the whole box lol. Definitely will be back.
Ok. The Star Tavern lived up to the hype. This is a solid thin crist Bar Pizza. It provides the perfect balance of sauce, cheese and crust. Nothing jumped out, it all just worked great together. I was here to provide a rating for the Pizza Hunters App. Not sure if it is the Best in NJ, but it is a definitely in the top 5 in the Bar Pizza Category. The girl on the phone was very nice talkng the order and was fantastic at pick up. She provided 5 star Customer Service. Small parking lot that fills fast. I would come back again for sure. For Pizza Fans, this is a no brainer.
