It is a good experience living here. It is quite expensive, but worth it as the management is very good and friendly. John the manager is a nice guy, very helpful. If you have any problems in the apartment, the maintenance staff is pretty quick as well. Decent apartment!

Starting living here August 2018. It was great then and I renewed for the 2019-2020 school year. However starting spring semester it’s been going downhill fast. They got new management which is when all of the crummy changes began happening. Biggest one is internet. It used to be great, then it got downgraded to worse connection that will turn off 2-3 times a day It seems like landscaping is happening outside your window all of the time. Makes it hard to focus on anything If something is wrong and you need to submit a work order, expect to remind them about it around 3 times for it to actually be done. The most annoying part from the new management has been the annoying messages about renewing the lease. It wasn’t uncommon to see emails about it twice a day, notes left on the door saying things like, “This apartment is up for lease! Renew today!” I used to love it for sure. No big bug issues, keep your apartment clean and you don’t have to worry about them. Close walk to campus. Always felt safe with the gates. Good, furnished apartments with plenty of space. But in the current state it is in, it has been getting worse and worse. So I would not recommend signing a lease here.

I reside here for the next year and probably the one after that and then after that, but the school year just started so who knows, right? Anyway, everything is well taken care of, amenities are good and price is as low as it gets for what you receive. Employees and management seem to get things done relatively fast. Edit - Had issues for days and no fix. BUT yet, they want you to pay your rent ON time, and they won't fix your issues ON TIME
