I don’t leave many reviews but this guy Marcus truly deserves it. He was amazing, professional and everything you could ask for. He included the entire team and they all were a tremendous help. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had buying a vehicle. I bought a used vehicle from out of state strictly by pictures and talking to them. I did have a trade that was also done by pictures from my end. We agreed on a deal. We were to meet for the exchange. Upon the driver showing up, I noticed the truck had both front hubcaps missing. They were present in the photos online. I brought it to his attention and he called the salesman which said he would look for them or get them replaced. I called the next day to be told they were unhappy with my trade which was delivered exactly the way it was presented in the pictures and I would have to purchase my own hubcaps for 350.00. I was also forced to pay the cost of new plates for my state even though I only needed to transfer my plate with an upgraded weight class. The price difference was around 500.00 which I was told would be refunded once the third party company did the title/transfer which hasn’t happened. They supplied me with a temporary 30 day tag which expired over 1 month ago. I have been in contact with them from day 20 and finally received the registration done incorrectly over 2 weeks ago.Still nothing done.Have not been able to use the truck or work in over 30 days. Meeting with attorney later this week!

They both were very patient with me and answered all my questions. They found the exact car I was looking for and had it ready the day of pick up.
