When CEC did a survey/replat for my family, in 2019, they had the best prices in BCS. Becky & Stuart were great to work with. Their new location in CS is kinda hard to find, so call for directions.

Missed it by only 180 feet! When they surveyed my tract they had a pin in the ground that was 180 feet away from where the pin was located on the plat thereby adding 0.84 acres to the tract that I was about to sell. Fortunately, I checked before closing. Unfortunately, I had to get another surveyor to come out and do it right. Never got a refund for the first survey.
