I always love the accessories that claires sells but when it comes to the piercing we have a bit of an issue. My ears have been pierced at this location 4 times and each time it got infected. My sisters earring is stuck in her ear ever since we got them done. I spoke to an associate and they told me that they NEVER switch their guns out which is filthy. GO MEDUSSA

Frustrating customer service for online orders! I placed an order on line and had it delivered to the Salem mall store. I received confirmation that it was ordered but not that it was shipped. Called customer service who told me it was shipped but couldn’t tell me if the store had received it and I should call the store. The person at the store told me it wasn’t there (but didn’t even ask for my order number to check) but told me to call back the next day to check to see if it was delivered. I suppose I am spoiled by the shipping alerts I get from amazon but I don’t think I should have to make multiple phone calls to see if my items have been shipped or received. I certainly won’t order from Claire’s again!
