I got my cartilage piercing here & it is now infected. Don’t ever get your ears pierced with a gun because it can get infected. Go to a tattoo shop and get it pierced with a needle. Now that my ears are infected, it is bleeding nonstop & huge bumps.

Don't come to this place, I brought my baby to get her 1st earrings and after a couple weeks, her ears got infected, took the earrings to a jewelry shop and they are no gold, and I got charge for gold stuff!!! went back to the store and they told me to call to a 1800 number. Even when I have proof they aren't gold! Never coming back.

Went to get my daughter's ears piereced and had a really good experience. Dominque was extremely nice and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. She explained the importance of making sure her ears were cleaned thoroughly to prevent infections and shared with us various methods of cleaning her ears along with additional scenarios as to when they should be cleaned. When it came to the actual piercing she performed it with calmness, cleanliness, assertivesness , and professionalism. Extremely happy we pierced her ears at Claire's. Highly recommended!

The cashier Dominique was very rude and dripped my item on the counter instead of handing it to me. I have never been so rudly disrespected making a purchase ever in my life! She should not have a job if she cannot treat customers with atleast respect!
