i got a cartilage piercing here and the girl who did it put the back on totally wrong so i had to take off the back and had trouble with it. when i finally got it off it took the earring fell out and will not go back in. don’t go there

We shop here for my daughter regularly and the employees are always welcoming and friendly. Great prices and fantastic deals are the norm. Their socks are always a hit with my girl.

I went to this Claire’s with my two daughters and we got six things because the sale was buy 3 get 3. THe cashiers name was Miranda. She didn’t say hello or anything. She rang up our stuff and then told me the total and the three things weren’t free so I asked her and she said the one item I purchased wasn’t included ... So i added something else to my order. She didn’t smile, greet us or say thank you after paying. I said thank you to her and picked up my bag off of th counter and she just walked away. So rude because the girls in their are usually nice and helpful. One other time I went and was spending 35 and paying with a 100 bill and shE said we don’t have change for that so they lost the 35 sale.
