I got my ears pierced here and i’m very picky, but the lady did them perfectly.
The store is suppose to close at 7 and it already closed by 6. Would have been better if the times are updated so I don’t make an unnecessary extra trip and come come in at the right time.

I got my cartilage pierced here about a year ago. I was nervous the woman didn't know what she was doing because she kept getting confused on how to pierce my ear, but i gave her the benefit of the doubt and went through with it. A YEAR LATER it's still red and is very painful. I went to a professional piercer and he said that it was done carelessly and in the wrong spot.The gun they used left a noticeable indent/dip on my ear also. I ALSO WAS GIVEN THE INCORRECT EARRING which explains the constant pain and inability to heal. The earring was too big and too long where it stabbed my head. He was shocked at the lack of knowing what they were doing at all and advised me to let it heal and come back to him for a new piercing. Even with following the strict piercing aftercare i am aware of from other piercings, there was no saving this. I will not be returning to any Claire's and am strongly urging friends not to return as well. Save yourself the pain and trouble and go to a professional shop instead.

DO NOT BOOK A BIRTHDAY PARTY AT CLAIRE'S WOODFIELD MALL. We booked by Daughter's 10th birthday party here for Sunday. They were supposed to open up an hour early for our party, and we arrived at 9:30am. This place straight up forgot about us. Nobody was there. My daughter was in tears on her birthday waiting to find out if she would have a party or not. The doors were locked until a random worker arrived at 10:45 to open up at their usual 11am time, and she still didn't actually let us into the store. She said something about calling someone and then disappeared inside the store, locking the gate behind her with 8 kids and their parents all standing around outside the store with no information. Clarie's has no way to call anyone to find out what is happening. The phone number on the website just rings the store phone, which isn't helpful when the store is empty. Corporate customer service is closed on weekends. We weren't given any contact info for a party planner or someone who would actually answer the phone. The mall said they had emergency contact information for the GM, but wouldn't use it because it wasn't an emergency. The woman who arrived to open the store wouldn't give me a number to call the GM or have the GM call me, but eventually let me talk to her (Eileen) from a store phone inside the store once they had opened up for business. Everyone was WAY more concerned about possibly bothering the GM than they were about making sure a little girl got her birthday party started. She eventually had her party and thankfully her friends were able to stay for it. It started so late that I had to leave to take my son to his basketball tournament, so I missed the party myself.
