Got second ear lobe piercings here about a week ago. Whitney was the employee that pierced my ears and did an amazing job! She took her time and made sure that they looked even and lined up. I really appreciate how she cared and made sure I liked the placement before she pierced them. Definitely would recommend getting your ears pierced here!

We had our daughter's ears pierced here 4 months ago, we lost one earring and to get the ear re-pierced. They did a great job working with a 1 year-old, the customer service was fantastic, we liked the selection and the piercings went really well. We recommend it!
Took my 8 & 6 year olds to get their ear's pierced. Needless to say my oldest who had begged the last year for earing's with star's in her eye's may have....panicked at the reality of the process. The Manager, Whitney and her co-worker, Jessie were amazing!! While i was trying everything I could to get through to my daughter and let her know everything will be ok (while feeling like a failure of a father with all of the store to bear witness) they swooped in and handled the situation with obvious experience and got us through it. Left the store with two pierced girls who are now ecstatic about their ears and it's thanks to their effort. They followed all pandemic guidelines so no excuse not to use them/Claire's as your place to go for piercings.

I got my second piercings done and the girl who helped me, Erin, was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything so well, she gave me exactly what I asked for. Definitely would recommend.
Very clean especially, for Claire's. Though the mall where the store is located is doing, this stuff was still busy, and there was plenty to choose from. Very friendly staff too.
