Rude associates. I usually come here and spend at least 40-75 dollars every visit but until they get a whole new staff I’m not coming back. I’m not spending my hard earned money somewhere that it’s not appreciated. The entire store needs an attitude adjustment. Thank you but no thank you

Sales associate was very unfriendly. She was stocking and was pretending like she didn't see me and when I was trying to tell her I wanted to get my daughters ears pierced she cut me off and told me to go to the ear piercing station. Considering this was not cheap you would think there would be better customer service.

My daughter got her second ear piercing here a few weeks ago and the young lady who did it was very kind and patient with my daughter. It didn’t hurt her a bit. She was also the only person working on that very busy Saturday and managed to keep her cool, help all the customers and did it with a smile on her face!!
