My daughter(3) was shopping with me on Saturday. Instead of asking us kindly that she couldn’t be in the store without a mask she yelled it in front of the whole store. I had a bag full of things but unfortunately for you I’ll never shop your store until you tell your employees to treat customers kindly. It’s ridiculous.

Absolutely insufferable woman. My daughter wanted a beautiful choker and simply asked, do you have a bigger size? She is a beautiful strong young girl and just wanted a looser necklace. The store manager, KIM, looked at my daughter and very rudely said I don’t think we have any that would be a good fit. She said this very condescendingly and my daughter cried on the way home. We are NEVER going back to that store, and I know I am not overreacting based on how others seem to have encountered her.

I read all the comments and trash talk about Kim (the manager), it made me hesitant to take my daughter there for her 1st piercing but she had to have the childhood experience!! People in the comments think she’s rude and condescending when in reality she is trying to do her best and follow all Covid-19 Guidelines and procedures for her company.. They did head counts and had some people wait outside as there were a lot of people in the store. She took her time cleaning and making sure the marker dots were even on my daughter’s ears! She tried selling us the more expensive ear rings however i am allergic to that kind so it was easy for me to tell her sorry but No. She was firm and strict about keeping 6ft away and mask on at all times, as she should during a pandemic. My daughter love’s her earrings, she was a big brave 4year old today! Kim did great with my daughter! Thank you Kim!

Manager Kim was rude and condescending to shoppers. Wiping down ear piercing section, rather then checking out costumers who had been patiently waiting 30 minutes for her to finish a piercing. Understand cleanliness, but you could check out costumers and then return to the booth for cleaning.

manager, kim, was super rude and overly condescending. the way she was talking to her coworkers and customers was degrading and unsettling. i don’t plan on returning.

Manager is not customer service oriented. Very rude when you questioned sale. Was over charged and asked for cash back since I paid half cash and half gift card. Then reprimands me that we are here to have fun for the birthday girl. I don’t deserve to be treated this way at a store. Will NOT GO Back, KIM is the worse manager with no customer service. If you want to me treated poorly you can shop here. As a paying customer I can’t believe how poorly I was treated. This place needs to be shut down!!! Kim if you are so miserable maybe you should find a new career!
