Claire's is the best! I recently have gotten my 7th cartilage ear piercing and the staff at Claire's were awesome. It doesn't even hurt; just feels like a pinch. Liz @ Claire's (Coral Square in Fort Lauderdale) is the best.

Store manager was very nice, helpful by showing me what I needed and letting me know that there was a sale I could take advantage of.
Team members that were on duty was so polite and attentive to my 3 girls and they had a delightful time. Shopping away picking out thier accessories.

To start off with, the customer service had a bit of attitude and was not very helpful. I had to return a cartilage earring because I didn't see the measurement of the gage and it was too big. I didn't try to put it on once I saw the measurements. It was 11.50 dollars. They decided to give me store credit. Anyway, I knew that probably I might get 10% off the total price of it I was fine by that. They have me my receipt and they gave me 5 DOLLARS. That's more than 50% off the original price. I should have gotten 10.35 never gping back there
Brittany the store manager went above and beyond to help us. My daughter had her ears pierced at Claire's several weeks ago and suddleny had a little bleeding. Brittany had me text her pictures and went out of her way to help us. She made what could've been a stressful situation very calm. I would highly recommend Brittany to anyone looking to get their ears pierced!!! Thanks Brittany!!!
