Nice place and ok priced items. The one down side is the missleading signage. I believe it should say as marked on sale items and not percentage off. This caused for confusion for us.

Do not get your ears pierced here. I’ve had it done 4 times, and I’ve cleaned and taken care of the piercings as I should have. They all got infected, and caused a lot of pain. It’s also incredibly expensive compared to literally any other place that could pierce them more sanitary than Claire’s.

Do not get your ears pierced here. They use cheap materials and you have a high chance of getting an ear infection here. You need quality materials to not get infections. My friend has gotten peirced 3 times here and each time gotten infected. If you want to be safe, go to piercing pagoda or even better a tattoo and piercing store that are actually professionals at this. You don't want to put your child at risk taking them here. Please, shut down Claire's piercing.

Went there to pick up a gift with my toddler . There was one worker there doing a piercing, so I understood that I would have to wait. But the worker just kept talking and having full conversations with the teenager and her mom getting the piercing. Zero regard for me and my child waiting to pay, even after I I asked to pay. Made us wait so long, we just left the gift on the counter and walked out. Terrible customer service and I won’t be back.
