My daughter got hear second piercing here of her ears. The young lady explained everything that was about to be done. She set everything up and explained everything to my daughter for aftercare of the piercings. Definitely recommend.

Stay away from this Store. There was this lady, so rude to me and doesn't even want to help me. If there is a complain that I can raise against her. I would definitely do it.

I went to the Clairs in Gainesville which is 2 hours away from my hometown to celebrate my daughter's 7th birthday. The lady screwed up my baby's ear soo bad. She pierced one of her ears so far back. The next day, we came to this Clairs hoping these people wouldn't mess up. I was stressing out so much but the ladies here were so nice to us and didn't charge us again. And they made her ears match up. Thank you ladies for making my night. I was one stress out mama.

Extremely disappointed with Clairs. Went for an outing to the mall today, and for the most part felt very comfortable with the social distancing throughout the entire mall, until I got to this store. It is a very small space allowing 32 people in according to the sign. It was packed wall to wall with people in like a 10x10 space. Other stores 10 times the size were only allowing 10 people in at a time with clearly mark spots to wait in 6ft apart. Why would you not do this? Obviosly you dont agree with the social distancing and have a blatant disregard for not only your employees health, but also your customers. Well you lost these customers!
