I am 42 and have been wanting a second hole in my ears for about 20yrs. I just am weird about my ears lol. I went in and even though they were busy Hannah was amazing. She answered all my questions and made me feel very relaxed and was super sweet. She took her time even though the store was packed. I am not sure I would have gone through with it if not for her. Hannah was amazing A

This place is awesome. You can get free ear piercing with affordable cleaning products and jewelry, hair accessories for all ages, hats and purses. They also have an online website for customers as well to do online ordering for the same things that are in the store.

They actually dont deserve 1 star. I went to get my little girl ears pierced. I walked in with my little girl after my daughter went in and spoke to the employee about the cost. The employee was standing in front of some items. I said hello, no response. There was no other customer in the store. I waiting and waiting and waited and that employee made no attempt to help us. My daughter ask her if she was the one piercing the ears. She reply yes. And stood there like she didn't care. I was so disappointed so I got my daughter and left. Poor customer service. Very poor
