I can't tell you enough what an amazing partner that everyone here has been to my company and department! Their customer service is absolutely out of this world. It truly doesn't matter who answers the phone, they will find a way to help you whether it's the sales man, the office manager or the delivery woman. Warning to delivering long-haul drivers! This is one TIGHT dock, with plenty of obstructions! Really a challenge, with a big-sleeper tractor, and a 53 foot trailer! Once you tag the dock, these are really nice folks to work with!
