Honesty...integrity describe this great American family that ended up on the front page of the Times for \doing-the-right-thing...for us\ (for a change!) The story goes...Toyota had a e-call\ but didn't fix the problem. The Hogan Family stood-up to the giant and said basically...\until you ACTUALLY do correct the problem (that is hurting our customers) we aren't selling any more!\ Ouch! Oh Baby...that can hurt...Claremont Toyota is a leading sales point for Toyota's record breaking sales! In today's world when profit seems to replace morals...it's a blessing to see this company stand up for their customers. The Hogans have always cared for their community...for real...(not just for publicity). They are heavily vested in giving to charities locally. Care is their cornerstone of success! Real care, in this case may cost them money but that isn't what motivated their decision to stand-up for what's best for us. Integrity! A huge THANK YOU! On my top 10 Favorite American Companies P.S. I'm not one to go and write a lot of reviews, But this place and how they treated made me want to. I got a new Camry this past weekend of 1/6/21 and it has been up to date the best car buying experience i have had. Diego and Pedro were the gentleman that helped me out and were very curious and respectful. Not pushy at all like other car salesman I have encountered in the past. I came with my brother in law the next day and he bought a car as well. That's how I am, if a business treats me well and gives me the best deal possible I myself will bring them business and I plan on bringing my parents back since they are in the market to buy a new car. Love my Camry , first Toyota I have ever owned and I'm not going back. Thank you Claremont Toyota. You take care of me and I will keep on bringing you guys clients!
