Car sales manager Simone, Car salesman Mike P, and financier Lily did a fantastic job explaining everything to me and made me feel extremely comfortable with purchasing a new vehicle. They were all open and honest about all numbers and explained all risks as well as benefits. They were not just trying to make a sale or profit. They went out of their way to get me the BEST deal. Mike P, Simone, Lily went of there way to explain all features of the vehicle during and after my test drive. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Two stars because although the service reps were polite they scammed me with company policy by charging a base price of 160 for them to plug a scanner in and walk around the truck. Once they were done with the “full diagnostic” they wanted to charge me 700 for a part I one night shipped to my house from autozone for 53 after tax with labor being two bolts and reconnecting the sensor. And this was all after I brought the truck in for a mishandling of my truck 5 months prior. Ultimately felt disrespected considering my whole family have been customers for some time now. Hopefully this will persuade anyone looking to purchase a dodge and wondering what your service department experience might be like. Make sure to look all parts they plan on replacing and doing your own research if possible. This dealership is hungry for money.

Well. I tried my best to give this dealers service the benefit of the doubt for the minimal work I’ve had here. Had a rear main seal replaced and that was great. Come back for a recall. First part is a 1 hr inspection with an appointment. After four hours I call and no one knew where my Jeep was or if it was finished. Drove by after another 3 hrs and it’s been finished since 9am. No phone call to let me know it was done... I also asked them to look at replacing the 3 push in wire clips they broke on the wire harness when they replaced the rear main seal. Couldn’t find record of that service and won’t even hand me the 3 .10 cent clips to fix it myself. We don’t know what those are.... you kidding me. Even on that no one knew about the W12 clutch recall notice and what needed to be done. Talk about frustration. Will not return for any services.
