Technicians were in the area for a neighbor when I realized my aerobic system had completely backed up and was flowing into the yard. I asked if they had time to look at it. They came over after completing their other service call and were able to replace the pumps and get my system back on line that night. They even stayed and completed the work after business hours. The technicians were professional and kind. They went above and beyond to take care of me, even though it was unscheduled. The company worked with me on payment to make it all go smoothly. Their service was excellent, everyone that I dealt with through the process was kind and professional, and they helped me when they didn’t have to. I highly recommend All American Septic, LLC.

All American Septice and Storm Shelters did an amazing job installing my Aerobic System. They also installed my agricultural wastewater management system for my farm that allows us for water recycling. This winter we are hiring All American for a third time when we buy our new storm shelter ahead of the 2021 tornado season. The All American team was professional and I highly recommend them for your septic/aerobic install, pumping or commercial repair. Very poor communication, the guys that showed up was great but showed up 2 hours later than scheduled then price jumped from 350 to pump full tank to close to a grand and some change. Which if the boss lady would have just told us that from the beginning we wouldn't be writing this bad review. Like another lady stated \get your estimate in writing\. Very unprofessional of the boss lady or whoever she think she is! Trying to scare us with the famous \do you know who I am? I'm the Boss!\.

This is by far the best company I have worked with on septic installations. They were incredibly responsive and prices very fairly. I would not hesitate to use them for all of my future needs.
