I need a knife for chopping AND slicing in the kitchen. I also wanted to design it myself. You can’t find a website out there that will allow you to do this without an extraordinary price and a lot of hassle back-and-forth. I found Billy through a friend who had purchased a knife from him and sent him a message. He called me, we discussed everything that I wanted over the phone, he updated me along the way with pictures to make sure I liked the design, and when he was finished I had exactly what I had hoped for. For less than the price of most knifes you can buy at a specialty kitchen store.
