I had been experiencing fuel tank related issues with my 2012 F-150. I contacted Darlene, service advisor and after explaining the details of the issue (s), she arranged an appointment for service. They gave me a 2021 F-150 loaner because of the warranty I had purchased. My issue was resolved less than an 8 hour day and through the entire process, Darlene was most patient and very interested in taking care of me!

I had a wonderful buying experience with Jack Kissee Ford. After shopping online, I found the make and model I wanted at Jack Kissee Ford. The online pictures looked great but I called ahead to verify condition before driving two hours to see the vehicle in person. They were very helpful in this - I asked for any type of dents, dings, scratches. They told me the vehicle was in excellent condition as pictured and they were correct. My used vehicle was in near showroom condition. I like the vehicle I bought but plenty of people sell vehicles. At Jack Kissee, I felt like a valued customer. They were very patient in letting my wife and I walk around the vehicle to inspect it and test drive it and no pressure once we returned. I got an excellent used vehicle at a below market price (I did a lot of shopping before going to the dealership) and was treated very well throughout the process. The vehicle was cleaned and filled with gas while I handled paperwork. While this was happening, it was discovered that our car was missing the second key. This wasn't an issue though because our salesperson, Luke Sontag, got another key ordered immediately. While waiting for the key to arrive (it took a couple of days) Luke let me know that the detail crew mentioned that my vehicle could use a coat of wax to keep it looking nice. Luke offered a loaner vehicle to run around town while the second key was programmed and my vehicle was being waxed. I can't believe the attention to detail and willingness to take care of a customer shown by Luke and Jack Kissee Ford, especially after the deal was already completed. I'm 110% satisfied with my purchase and the staff at Jack Kissee Ford. I highly recommend them and would be happy to buy from them again when it's time. I'd like to thank our salesperson Luke Sontag and Lyle Johnston for helping make this such a great buying experience.

We have purchased several vehicles from Jack Kissee Ford and the no pressure atmosphere and knowledgeable salesmen always make sure we are taken care of. We have bought 2 there in the last week which brings us to 6-7 we have bought and will continue to drive the 1.5 hours to know we can deal with honest folks who do what they say and never try to play games. GIVE THEM A SHOT, YOU WONT REGRET YOU DID!
