I scheduled my appointment 2 months ago for an annual. They call me the same day to canceled my appointment. I understand she can have an emergency but 4 emergenciesthe same morning day, no way!!! I scheduled an appointment with the doctor not the nurse, i dont understand why they ask me to see her just because she can do it if i clearly tellthem i want yo see the doctor. At least i dont feel comfortable to do it.

So AMAZING best hospital experience I've ever had! Love Dr.Hyden for her bedside manner and understanding of my fears, she is super respectful and made me feel very safe.

TERRIBLE DOCTOR!!!!!!!! My wife is a high risk pregnancy and has a history with miscarriages, she is 13 weeks along and has not seen a doctor yet and Lori tried to reschedule for a THIRD TIME AFTER WE DROVE 1.5 hours to the appointment!!!!! AVOID THIS PRACTITIONER AT ALL COSTS!!!! SHE HAS NO REAL EMPATHY FOR HER PATIENTS!!!!!!!

I was told my daughters procedure was pre-authorized. I paid my share of the procedure (691.27) up front. Later, I get a bill for 1141.73. Apparently it was not pre-authorized and the insurance company denied the claim. Dr Hyden said she would write a letter and get it taken care of. Long story short, I just got through paying an extra 1141.73 to the collection agency. I am very disappointed in the service I recieved.

Only 1 bad review and it's probably because she was blaming everyone else for her negligence in keeping up with her own insurance. I've known Lori for 7 years now and never once has she ever made me doubt her abilities to keep myself and my child safe and healthy. I will forever recommend her to everyone.

Office staff failed to alert me to an insurance requ. I made this appt 3 mo ago and then could not do the procedure. And then blamed me when it's their respon. to let patients know what insurance needs and changes are. Seriously, do a better job!! You lost a patient. And this was the 2nd time they did this to me. 1st time, I had to call to find out about my results cuz they never called me. So I may have cancer but now I have to wait even more time to find out because of this! DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC!
