UPDATE I was too quick to jump the gun on making this review. There were some things that were out of control at the location surrounding the store. I do apologize for writing such a review. One thing that still stands out is that they could have tried to reach out. I received a phone call from the manager that explained the situation and the confusion from the delivery guys to the manager on things that were out of their control. Needless to say they have since apologized and I am again happy. I truly do apologize to Stanley's for writing this review so soon before knowing what was going on. Original review I've rented from Stanley's for years. I had went to Rent a Center to look before I went to Stanley's this time around. I found a couch and loveseat set that I liked and went ahead and rented it. I was told as I stood there for an hour, while they entered info in that they would squeeze me in from 2-4. It is now after 5pm and when I call no one answers the phone. Needless to say, I am not happy. I'm fixing to tell them to keep it and give me my money back. I have called more than once. They havent bothered to call me to say they were running late or anything. I am not a happy customer.

So obviously you're going to pay more if you pay out the term, but for people with credit issues - these guys will do you right! I actually enjoy coming in and visiting with Jerry and the guys because they are hilarious and they will jump through hoops for you! It's like a party with friends when you enter the door.
