Excellent customer service! I brought my mantle clock in to be repaired planning on dropping it off. They took it right away, repaired it in 10 minutes, and didn't charge me for the repair. Next time I'm in the market for a new clock I will definitely come here. Highly recommended!!

They are very expensive.I took my Seth Thomas mantle clock for refurbishing.They wanted to charge 595.00 and I had to leave it for months.They were short with me on every question I asked .It was busy and I was the only person of color there.I did find another shop that charged 200 for the same work.
I did a repair several years ago with them for almost 400. The same antique clock now needs more work for an additional 500. They are very expensive and based on their prices I can only conclude they would rather not work on antique or specialty clocks. They are good at giving on the spot estimate. They don’t offer any “maintenance” option for an antique clock moment only complete rebuild. I have a strong appreciation for the clocks in my collection and when I take them for repair and maintenance, I’d like to meet the person behind the curtain to learn about the issue and build a relationship. Unfortunately at this location the clock disappears behind a door and several minutes later there is an estimated repair of several hundred dollars (usually more than the clock is worth or close to the value). I wish I could find a way to do more business with them. They are so close to my house.
I had a strap changed on one of my watches and also got a good deal on a new Seiko dive watch. Stan was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
