When we first decided to buy property we were going to build from the ground up. After meeting with contractors, with the rising building costs, and all the up-charges, we realized this could be too costly for us. Fast forward...Todd and Legendary Homes to the rescue. We met with Todd and found him to be knowledgeable, honest, patient with all our questions, and a no pressure businessman. He set up an appointment at the Redman factory so that we could see first hand the building of these homes. We appreciated that, and after our visit, we were sold. We went back to Todd, and with his help, we ordered the home we wanted, the way we wanted it, (we needed a reverse floor plan and other adaptations to the floor plans), and he was able to accommodate all of our requests. The best part was, there was no surprises, we knew exactly what our cost would be after delivery and set up. We have been in our home almost a year, and could not be happier. We get so many compliments, and any chance we get, we refer Todd and Legendary Homes. We cannot thank him enough for helping us make our dream a reality. Bob, Gail, & Sean Bowers

Mr. Rutledge was very helpful and knowledgeable during our first visit. He didn't try to upsell us and was very open about costs in order to make sure we knew exactly what we were paying for and what we could afford. Of all the builders I have contacted he is the only one that had an itemized price sheet that included pretty much every possible cost that be foreseen. I would definitely recommend meeting with Mr. Rutledge if you are considering building a modular home. You may not have to meet with anyone else. -Rusty Starr
Todd was great, we had a billion questions and answered them all. Very knowledgeable, didn't try to up sell us and was to the point about everything. Much appreciated when your trying to stick within your budget. Can't wait to start building!!
We met with Todd as our first company to get prices from with the intentions of comparing to other builders. My husband and I both left there confident we didn’t need to go anywhere else. This is who we will be building with and I cannot wait. He was extremely thorough and professional, no hidden fees or extra costs. 10/10 recommend!
Todd was great to work with. He took care of any concerns we had. Overall were really happy with our new home. Things went pretty fast considering everyone was having to deal with the Covid virus . Shortages and restrictions. Thank you Todd for everything you do.
