Grogg's contacted me prior to the expiration of my annual service contract to ensure I was able to take advantage of my annual inspection. Customer service, as well as the technician were very helpful and flexible in scheduling the appointment. The technician, Travis contacted me prior to his arrival to inform me of his ETA. Upon arrival, Travis was very respectful of my time and care not to track dirt or other material into my home. Travis spent approximately 1-hour inspecting my two HVAC units. At no point did I feel the inspection was anything other that what was intended, as there were no issues found or recommendations to repair or replace any components or to sell additional services.

My furnace went out on Tuesday night called Grogg's and they offered to come out and check it but I decided to wait until in the morning. Repairman was here at appointment time and found the heat exchanger was bad and Roy their salesman come out & gave me several options to choice from. Installers was here bright and earlier to install new furnace & AC and was ready by the end of the day. I would recommend them for their quick service & prices

HVAC Tech, Lee Beck was very knowledgeable and did a great job of diagnosing our furnace. problem. Our problem was intermittent and wasn't easy to diagnose. I would certainly use Grogg's services again and request Lee if he was available.
