Smaller than the former Hagerstown store so it doesn't seem to have as much. However, it's still a great store. They have markings on the floor to make sure everyone is spaced out. Nice that they have card only payment registers, makes checking out quicker.

I like this Nike outlet better than the other ones in the area. It's not crazy busy and more organized. Better chance of getting a great deal.

If you purchase from Nike.com and need to do a return you better take it to a store. I waited over a week for my refund after paying 8.50 to mail the shoes back because they was damaged. When I finally got the refund the digital gift card didn't work. So now I have contacted Nike online chat twice and I'm still waiting for the refund. Each time I was told I would receive a new gift card within 24 hours. Corporation this large giving the small working guy a run around!

Yuck! Better prices online. I would not shop here unless I don’t mind throwing away money. Yeah why spend 10 minutes looking for parking. Then stand in line for 20 minutes only to pay more for your items???? Makes no sense!
