Scheduled a call back. They called was very rude and annoyed when I answered, I explained why I called, was very respectful and didn't show my frustrations I've been having trying to reach an agent over the past several months, and was placed on hold. Wasn't that guys fault I haven't been able to get through.... Anyway he put me on hold to research my questions and records came back to the phone said ok and then hung up I was sent to the survey. I left a very dissatisfied review.

I have never seen such disregard for other people as the employees come right outside off the front door and smoke when it clearly states no smoking within 25 feet, I don't wanna smell your cigarettes when I walk in and don't want that blowing up in my face if u must go to your car and a designated area for that sort of thing. Have respect for other individuals and also the law....

Terrible customer service. The man who processed my order was rude and did not process my order correctly. I asked for my name to be changed on my card and it was not. So, I now have to make another trip there and hope it gets done correctly this time.

Very rude and smart mouthed, I have never been talked to in such a manner and to think that my tax dollars are paying them to talk in that manner. And still wouldn’t answer my question.

I've never had to wait a long time when I come to the Social Security Office. The lines are short and there is plenty of staff on hand.
