Just more confirmation that West Virginia is the worst state in the country when it comes to literally everything. I was laid off due to Covid months ago and could never reach someone no matter what time of day I called. I recently lost my job again due to Covid, and it's the same thing. These people should be ashamed to work for Workforce. It is absolutely disgraceful.

0 stars. They don't answer thier phone. I mailed in my low earnings slip and still have not received my money,so I try calling and no one answers the phone. It rings until it disconnects. How are we to make a claim or find out anything if we can't go there in person or if they don't answer the phone?
If I could give 0 stars I would. There is no way to get ahold of these people. And if by some miracle you do get to talk to someone all they say is oh the system is slow and there's nothing we can do you just have to wait. Well that's ridiculous. STEP IT UP, WV! You have a lot of people depending on this money. If you cant do your jobs how about you pay my bills then? This is ridiculous.
Can't get through to anyone. I called Monday at 3:15pm and got an automated message saying the office was closed and to call back during normal business hours.
