Chasity is the best and gave me the best, fastest, and most efficient sales service I have ever had in any jewelry store. I live in N. Carolina and was ordering something at this location for a family member in the area. She handled everything so well and went above and beyond to make sure it was all handled correctly. I will probably continue to order my stuff from this store even things I need in N.C. and just have them sent down here. Thanks again Chasity.

Chassity was amazing in helping me from a web sale return. Saw me walking in to the store while going on break and noticed the Zales box in my hand. Asked if I was returning and then gave me options for exchange and tried to ensure my satisfaction. She knew that there was key one representative available in the store and they were assisting a customer. Instead of making me wait she offered to delay her break and return to the store to assist me. I really appreciate this being a manager of a sales store I know how strenuous it can be for the employees when lines build up and trying to keep customers happy especially when they have a very quick transaction or question they need assistance with. Her selflessness was greatly appreciated and she is an outstanding person to be this congenial with how the structure of sales work!
