They weren't open, at the time the sign said they'd be open, the signs were SO confusing. Its too many businesses in 1 place. No parking, didn't see anyone willing to help or offer assistance. I believe I stated in my video what time I arrived but it was around 10:10am -10:30am. No one was there and the gates were closed to the office.
