I was able to accompany my sister to a lunch. She is a current volunteer at Friends with Refugees. After learning about how this organization is run I am so excited to get involved. They are all humbly trying to create opportunities for others and it is wonderful.

I have been volunteering at Friends of Refugees for almost a year. My good friend Cambria told me about it. This is truly the highlight of my week. Seeing how I immediately impacts someone’s life is priceless to me! The staff is helpful and always willing to hear different ideas! I look forward to the continued growth and my involvement in FOR!!

I've been volunteering at the employment center that is a part of Friends of Refugees for nearly a year now. The staff here are passionate about what they do and the people they serve. At the employment center (Cafe Clarkston), the focus is on empowering refugees to find meaningful, live-giving work, and I have loved having the opportunity to be a part of that.
