Used Clarkstown Heating & Air Conditioning for a furnace replacement after another company refused to even look at the furnace without stating \it needs to be replaced.\ While we did end up replacing it, the team at Clarkstown was professional all the way, available for all my questions through the process, and did an incredible job actually installing the new furnace. On top of that their quote for replacement came in below the other firm who wouldn't even troubleshoot the old furnace. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

I made a complaint, because the temperature is too cold in the bedrooms. They sent the technician to check and they found out the problem. They will fix the problem. Excellent service.
They are always accommodating when I need them. If I cant reach them by phone and I leave a message, they get back to me right away. Their service is great too! Always leave their work area clean and technicians are pleasant and helpful!
