Transit workers are wonderful and so very helpful. They answered ball my questions.
During this pandemic, I feel it should be required for all drivers to wear a face mask. Every transit stop should be a time to sanitize the interior to protect everyone.
I didnt appreciate the driver laughing at me when i asked her if another bus was going down Peachers Mill Rd from the 8:30 p.m. departure! I am learning the buses and routes everyday and to be made to feel like i asked a stupid question makes me to not want to ride the buses anymore. I was dealing with a lot that day and her laughing at me i wanted to cry more. So please have some courtesy when approached by passengers with a question and dont find humor when they ask.
