I have been going to Ourisman in Clarksville for many years however the service department has gone downhill. Received an oil change and oil is all over the engine brought it home and engine is smoking from the spilled oil. I requested tire rotation but the service ticket stated they didn’t rotate tires because of the tire locks. For 13 years they have been rotating my tires, I even purchased my tires from them and never have they asked about tire locks. You would think every dealer would have the tire lock key, regardless they didn’t even call to ask of the location which is kept in the car. They didn’t even ask me about it when I called on a status. That’s right I had to call them at 1:30 after they had the car since 7am, I left the car overnight. I could go on but you get the picture.

Brilliant Service Department. Comfortable waiting area, a business center, and a play room for those with children. This dealership DOES service all vehicles. Shuttles are provided and car rentals can be had. A shout-out to Dwayne and his colleagues for working during COVID-19!
