Here is the deal with this place. If you walk in and there is a lady in there helping you, don't go anywhere else she is amazing. If you walk in and there is an older gentleman who calls you back, turn around and leave or be prepared for the worst customer service you've ever had in your life!! I had an awesome experience with her, so I recommended my niece and daughter there for my daughter's first car buying experience, and was absolutely mortified and embarrassed by the way they were treated and upset I was the one who referred them.
