We had Toshiba office phone problems and I kept getting turned away from other service companies because the phones are no longer in production. When I found Class 5, I was just ecstatic that someone could help, but then they exceeded my expectations. From start to finish everyone was extremely kind and professional. They scheduled us immediately and completed their work swiftly and very thorough; ensuring all of our needs/problems were addressed and corrected. I hope we do not have anymore phone problems for awhile, but if we do I know who I am going to call first!
